How to Book
- Send a WhatsApp message to +91 86609 12218 with: travel dates, group size (adults/children), preferred property, package duration
- Receive availability confirmation within minutes during business hours (9 AM–9 PM IST, 7 days a week)
- Confirm by replying with your name and contact details
- Receive booking confirmation with total cost, itinerary, and arrival instructions
Payment
- No advance payment for individual and small-group bookings (under 10 persons)
- Group bookings (10+): 25% inventory-blocking advance; balance on arrival
- Corporate bookings: Custom payment terms per signed agreement
- Payment methods: Cash, UPI, NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, accepted at the resort
- GST: Included in quoted rates per current Indian tax rates
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 12:00 noon
- Check-out: 10:00 AM (some properties 2:00 PM see specific resort page)
- Early check-in / late check-out: Subject to availability, request at booking
- ID requirement: Government-issued photo ID required at check-in (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence)
Modification & Date Change
- Free date change: Up to 7 days before original check-in, subject to availability
- Within 7 days: Date change subject to availability and possible rate difference
- Group/corporate: Custom terms per booking agreement
Activities
- Standard package activities are guaranteed unless weather/seasonal restrictions apply
- Rafting and add-ons are subject to availability and operator schedules
- Activity bookings within the package can be customised at the resort no separate fees
