Free Date Change
Date changes are free up to 7 days before original check-in (subject to availability for the new date and any rate difference). Within 7 days, date changes are treated per the cancellation timeline.
Refund Timeline
- UPI / bank transfer: 3–5 business days from cancellation confirmation
- Cash advance: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 business days
- OTA bookings: Per the OTA's own refund process; we facilitate where possible
Force Majeure (No-Charge Cancellation)
Cancellations due to government restrictions, natural disasters, severe medical emergencies (with documentation), or major transport disruptions are eligible for a full refund or free date change at our discretion. Submit relevant documentation when cancelling.
Group / Corporate Bookings
Custom cancellation terms per signed agreement; typically 14-day notice for full refund, 7-day for 50%, less than 7 days non-refundable.
Activity Cancellations
Rafting and other weather-dependent activity cancellations by Adventure First (e.g., due to high water levels, lightning) are fully refunded. Guest-initiated activity cancellations within 24 hours of the slot are non-refundable.
