1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking a resort with Adventure First Dandeli, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone after our team verifies availability
- No advance payment is required full payment is due on arrival at the resort
- Payment accepted: cash, UPI, bank transfer at the resort
- Booking is non-transferable except with prior written consent
- Group bookings (10+) may require partial advance for inventory blocking
3. Pricing
- All prices are per person and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Prices are subject to change without notice; the rate confirmed at the time of booking is the final rate
- Children below 5 years stay free at Nadi Teera; children 5–12 charged at 60% of adult rate
4. Activities
- Activities are subject to weather conditions and seasonal availability
- Rafting is suspended during monsoon (June–September) for safety reasons
- Participation in adventure activities is at the guest's own risk; safety briefings are mandatory
- Minimum age requirements apply (10 for short stretch rafting, 14 for full stretch)
5. Liability
Adventure First Dandeli takes reasonable safety measures including trained instructors, safety gear, and first-aid certified staff. However, adventure activities carry inherent risks. Guests participate at their own risk and waive claims against Adventure First for non-negligent incidents.
6. Conduct & Property Use
- Smoking is not permitted in cottages or near children's areas
- Alcohol consumption permitted only in designated areas; excess intoxication grounds for early checkout without refund
- Damage to resort property will be charged to the guest at replacement cost
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved during booking
7. Cancellation

8. Force Majeure
Adventure First is not liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to force majeure events including natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest, or pandemic-related restrictions.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
